How To Install Mkisofs On Mac Os X

Are there any mkisofs pros out there?
Here's my scenerio:
My fiancee and I are going to give out mini-CD's at our reception (next week - so I'm in a rush). On them, we would like an audio track of a song I wrote for her, as well as some jpegs of us.
I have a wav file for the audio track, and then 2 jpegs and an mp3 file for the data. In looking around, it appeared that I needed to create a multisession CD so that CD players, as well as computers could use this disk. I need to make sure both Macs and PCs can read it also. So ... I downloaded mkisofs, and am having some issues figuring it out (mainly because of my time crunch).
Can anybody help me out? I figured I'd make the image, then use Disk Copy to burn it. If I can get it working once, then I can take that disk into work and use our CD Duplicator.
Thanks!
-Nate
